Excellent response time, came to repair gas cooker grill initially outfoxed but his experience came through and discovered a faulty hidden micro switch. With his knowledge, he converted another micro switch and the grill ignited and stayed on. He was very methodical in his job and charged me much less than the quote. There’s not many engineers around like him if you need someone he’s your man

Mike attended my property yesterday. Super efficient, friendly & professional. Completed the job and even looked at another job and completed that whilst he was there. All round superb service! Would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate in calling him again.

Just had Mike here to fix my dishwasher that was giving me electric shocks. He solved the problem without trying to make it bigger than it was ... He's a really nice chap, and I felt comfortable having him in my house ... (not something I feel with many servicemen who've been) He kept me informed as to what time he was actually going to be here, and his pricing is certainly competitive!

After struggling for many weeks to even find a tradesman to answer my calls, I came across Kent County Appliances and all my problems were solved! My Rangemaster cooker was fixed on the same day, with a grill element that the engineer had in stock, and he even fixed the drawer on the cooker that had been slipping for years!
